Subject: [ferrethealth] Bleeding after surgery update
This is to update you about my ferret that bled so much following surgery to
remove tumors last week.
Pathology came back a stage 4 - 5 lymphoma.
My vet discussed chemo with me. She is experienced, and gave me a complete
picture of what we might expect.
I decided not to do chemo.
We will try high doses of pred instead, in hopes it will slow the
progression of cancer.
For now, both of my cancer patients are happy, acting as if nothing is
wrong.
