I went to see Yakuka this afternoon and was talking to my vet. I suggested to try
barium and asked for Lupron. They are going to do it as they see no harm doing it
now. And the question is what the next step will be. If there is no significant difference
by tomorrow we need to decide between two things. One is trying Prednisone to see it
would make any difference and the other one is exploratory surgery. They said the
drawback of trying prednisone is that it changes the appearance of the cell if it does
not work than it is not going to be helpful to take a biopsy. And about the surgery they
told me that there is always a chance that he is not going to make it as he is not
feeling good at this time. They said if I am willing to take the chance of this they would
do surgery to take biopsy of the intestines and to look for partial obstruction. I really
do not know what to do if nothing changes by tomorrow. I am scared to death now it is
so puzzling.
