Has injury been considered? A fall? Stepped on accidently? Injured by a larger animal accidently?
Are the legs cold to the touch and painful as can happen with a saddle thrombosis? (Possible causes include cardiomyopathy which is the most common one, kidney disease, lymphoma, etc.)
I don't know if that could also cause the incontinence. (I am assuming here that you mean incontinence. If the ferret is unable to urinate or defecate then other things also need to be considered.
What types of imagining have been used? X-rays? Ultrasound? What other tests done? Results?
