xxxxxxx, this sounds really serious. This posture sounds very much
like what's called "star gazing," or in medical terms, opisthotonos. =

It's neurological and never a good sign. She could have her
electrolytes really out of whack, or she could have severe liver
damage with the waste products in her bloodstream causing something
called hepatic encephalopathy, or it could be something else entirely.

But it's a bad sign, and if she's not already at the vet getting a
full cbc and chem panel, that's the next step.

Good luck with her, I really hope she turns around.
