Subject: [ferrethealth] triad disease question
I recently learned that in cats Triad Disease (Pancreas, liver, intestine, if memory serves) is being considered a cause of gingivitis.
I know that it has been mentioned that in ferrets cardiomyopathy has been listed as a cause of gingivitis, and so has ADV. (I believe the source mentioned James Fox's vet text but I have not myself looked it up.)
Are any of the ferret digestive diseases similar to triad disease and also possible gingivitis causes in ferrets?
