Subject: [ferrethealth] Excited ferret has very warm feet...should I be concerned?

I have a five year old female ferret, Missy, I am in the process of introducing to the two new babies I brought into my home. The babies are about 5 months old now. I have had them in the house for two months. The initial introductions went rough, and Missy got sick. She has been doing great since and for the past couple weeks I have been letting them all see each other once a week. I just noticed last week that Missy gets very warm after running around chasing them. Her feet especially. I know I get warm running around and such, but I was wondering if this is somthing I should be concerned about with her. She has no known illnesses. The only time she has been sick is when the babies first came here. I just don't want anything to happen to her, and I worry about her getting so worked up when she is around the babies. Any bit of advice/knowledge would be great. Thanks!
