Subject: [ferrethealth] RE: silica and intestinal blockages in *small* animals
I am osrry that this URL no longer works. The post wound up being one that hit the bad server so it had a long delay before it appeared. See past administrative posts on the possibilities of delays, esp. if message are send by email instead of by using the website
http://www.smartgroups.com/groups/ferrethealth
and notice that those mails also show how to post from the website such as in
<http://www.smartgroups.com/message/viewdiscussion.cfm?gid=1423922&messageid=17196>
Anyway, the ASPCA article basically said that while larger animals don't usually have bad problems with silica small ones, like ferrets, can and do.
