Subject: [ferrethealth] RE: Lethargy/weight loss -- long (sorry)

He's got an appointment at UGA on Monday -- I'm guessing they'll do an ultrasound then.

Meanwhile, this morning was more of the same. He played a bit when I let him out -- even attempting to climb the cage -- but then spent most of the rest of the morning in a hammock. A little while ago I picked him up held him, and it took him a couple of seconds to wake up (not normal for him). I put him back in the cage, and he crawled right back into his hammock. But then I took out a bag of treats, and he perked right up like there was nothing wrong with him.

I'm hoping he'll be okay waiting until Monday.

Thanks for your suggestions; I'll talk them over with the vet on Monday. (I hope it's something they can knock out of him with medication, but I don't know -- I have a bad feeling about this.)
