Subject: [ferrethealth] non-chicken foods?

hello all:
I've posted before abouto Raven's chronic diarrhea (since 3/5/06) and now, my dr is
suggesting changing her food from totally ferret and eukanuba cat to something non-
chicken based. Has anyone had success with this and what brands/kinds do you
recommend? thanks in advance

preference discussion. It is specifically addressing foods that have helped ferrets who
have chronic diarrhea such as the prescription food Z/D which is made from chicken
but has the proteins broken down into amino acids to minimize any intolerance or
allergy. Please, be careful to stay on topic when you tell her which foods you used that
helped your ferrets who had chronic diarrhea.]
