The best thing is an industrial clothing steamer but not many people hate ironing as much as I do, so not many have them.
A steamy bathroom works great. Hold them up high enough in the steam.
One technique needs you to be careful not to knock a pot on the stove, but you can boil water there and carefully use a fan to direct the steam, then hold the ferret next to your head while you both get steamed.
