First off, I AM NOT A VET, and this is just my opinion. I've had 10 male ferrets over the past 10 years, all have been neutered and only one became somewhat aggressive and was diagnosed with adrenal. I would say that this is definitely NOT normal but I'm sure more knowledgeable people than I will send comments.

Now the first one stopped marking the territory, but the second one still tries to mate.

So basically there is nowhere else to go. In addition to that my friend believes the vets opinion absolutely and is sure that there is nothing wrong with her ferrets although I have expressed my doubts about his diagnosis.
The first ferret now already has scratches on his neck and even eyelid was scratched.
So my question is if by any chance this can be normal?????
