When we dealt with those the only approach was surgical, but sadly she was starting some in other lobes, so removing the most affected lobes bought her time but it was temporary. I do not recall any special instructions we had at the time except to decide whether to try surgery very rapidly. (We were given 12 hours to decide by a highly knowledgeable and skilled surgical vet.)
