Okay, I dug through the archives to find options for you. There is a lot of info there for you. The addy is in my signature lines so that you can look further. They are very easy to use.
Personally we tend to use a/d and mix it with heated water, but I have heard marvelous things about Carnivore Care from vets, shelter people, and others I trust.
Most of these are gotten from vets:
a/d, made by Hills

Carnivore Care, Made by Oxbow

I have not used Dyne and it contains sugar but here is that link:

Meat baby foods, mixed with water or given as-is also is an option, and so is this gravy:

We had one many years ago whose cardiomyopathy was causing her esophagus to be compressed. She lived on a/d, meat and banana (to keep up her potassium because of her specific meds) baby foods, Sustical, and Ensure. Some ferrets don't tolerate the last two but for her they worked in her final months.
Some vets provide steroids to help ferrets with their appetites.
At times a loss of appetite is s signal for medication readjustment, or beginning Carafate, or... It certainly can be a signal for a vet appointment.
