She always has kibble available but does not eat it. I'm guessing this is
because when her BG drops she is sleepier and does not wake up to eat. I am
unable to feed her by hand every 4 hours and the most I've heard of hand
feeding in the case of Insulinoma is 4x per day. The sleepiness that comes with
lowering BG levels seems to be the catch 22.
