Considering she has always had a sensitive stomach, I would make sure
she is fed before you give the pred (it shouldn't be given on an empty
stomach). I give meat baby food as a treat, then give the pred (with a
pre & post med chaser of Tone) and that has worked well for me for
years.

Does she like baby food or a similar duck soup (AD, heavy cream,
maybe?)? I would at least give it a try.

I've never had it happen and I've been using it as a pre & post med
chaser for 14 years.

Hope this helps!
