Freeze portions in an ice cube tray; then transfer those to a freezer container. In the morning heat them to a safe temp. with some water in a microwave. All set. (I can't recall who first figured out that approach; she was on the FML many years ago, but I can't remember who she was who had that great brain storm, just that the originator was a female member of the FML pretty early on, and many people have been grateful ever since.)
