This looks like a multivitamin with minerals rather than a melatonin supplement.
Personally, I would be leery of giving megadoses of oil carried vitamins such as A or
D, and of some of the Bs such as B6, and of C. In each of those cases in human
health megadoses have been known to cause problems. --SDC]
