Okay, these look like there is a huge -- and I mean really huge -- amount of ascites present, which could strongly influence anyone's take on this ferret. This is not a plain old blockage situation, not with that level of fluid.
It took me a little while to find the album with Peanut's pictures, so here are directions to help others. It is the album named "Cows Moo Too" in the Pictures section:
