Sukie,

A trick that sometimes works for getting the really small, nearly
invisible kinds of cactus spines out of human and animal feet is
masking tape. Put it on and gently press onto the skin, then peel it
off. I don't know if it'll work with tiny glass slivers, but it might
be worth a shot.
