i have read on here about people giving ferrets pumpkin. my vet suggested
this for my sick nibbles, he has lymphoma and a bad teeth infection. we cant do
anymore for him cause he would die under anesthesia (he's 6 1/2 yrs old). can
anyone tell me what the pumpkin does and where i buy it. the vet said any store
carries it but i cant find plain pumpkin on the spice racks. i bought a can
of pumpkin pie filling but i dont know if this is what i need. the vet said mix
it in his food.i'm afraid to use the can stuff till i know for sure. poor guy
is starting not to eat now. it must hurt. i remember the pain i had when my
teeth and gums got infected. also is it normal for ferrets with lymphoma to cry
when they poop. he screams sometimes. he is deaf and blind so that may be why
hes so loud. i would really appreciate the info. i think i'm going to call my
vet tomorrow anyway fro him (i called everyday this week) but additional
input is always appreciated. thanx evferyone
