One other thing you can try is to grind his food in a blender or make it
soft. See if you can get him to eat that more so than the baby food and other
foods he is not custom too. You may have to try it in different degrees of
textures such as runny or thick.. If he is eating his food without a lot of
force... Slide in some of the baby food preferable Gerber stage 2 chicken.

I have tried some of the unconventional ways of getting ferts to eat... Did
he have a favorite treat outside of raisins or something real sugary.

My experience with working with ferts that are having problems with eating.
Is to make sure you are ruling out certain conditions ie.. insulinoma,
possible blockage of any sorts (debri, string, clothing, tumor, or mass).

When those are not the cause and determined by a vet...

Next best thing is to try anything that may stimulate him to eat...
I had a fert at one times years ago that would not eat anything hard, or was
very picky about crunching... One day, I happened to hear some crunch
under the couch.... Mind you I had dropped popcorn..... That turkey liked
popcorn.... Needless to say,,, popcorn was included in her mix to get her back
to eating hard foods...

Hopefully something will work
