Folks,
Veterinary school curriculums vary greatly. For what it's worth, I had an excellent
course in nutrition at Cornell, taught by Dr. Hintz, professor of nutrition and Dr.
Arleigh Reynolds, a clinician doing nutritional research on Iditorad dogs.
Generalizations on veterinary education are rather inappropriate in this forum.
