Subject: [ferrethealth] adding a new ferret

I would br happy i anyone has some advice.
I had two ferret, but one died two weeks ago, so yesterday we brought a 3 month old kit home. My problem is that when the baby is with the 5 year old ferret, the older one grabs him behind the ear and tries to pull him to a corner where he usually stashes his toys or under the bed. It is a strange behavior . The poor little one starts crying , but the more he cries , the harder the older one pulls him from the behind the ear.
Other than that they would get along ok, except that the younger one is much more energetic, and the other one is not playful anymore.
Thanks for any suggestions
