As long as there is not injury that is well within the norms for setting dominance. You can decrease it some by paying extra attention to your older ferret, because if you overly protect the young one the older will feel more threatened. In some ways it's like having a second child when when an older one is present -- the older child needs extra praise and reassurance for a while.

Once the older is sure the young one recognizes who is boss things will smooth out.
