Thanks a lot for your replies! As far as I know, the local vet didn't say
much.
She's not nursing, she was spayed 2 years ago, her nipples are not swollen
(or anything like that), neither sensitive to touch. Actually, four of her
nipples have small blueish spot around them.
The owner said they will come home (they're abroad now) for medical check-up
at a knowledgable vet, partly because it's also time for her yearly
check-up, and also the idea of adrenal that someone mentioned gave some
clue, since the little girls has had rattail for the second year after her
spaying, and her son has just been diagnosed to have adrenal. Which, of
course, doesn't mean she has the same problem, too, but it's better to know
for sure.
