Subject: [ferrethealth] Aranesp
I have come into possession of some Singleject pre-filled syringes of Aranesp
(darbepoetin alfa). I do not know the dosage level (not on pkg and I do not want to
open as they are factory sealed). From what I read, they are for anemia resulting from
chronic renal failure.
Vets and others with experience, is there a use for these with ferrets? Should I "hang
on" to them or make them available to a shelter? Or, should I just give them to a
human dr.? I do not want to have stuff I don't need and that othes can use, but if it is
something that can be used by the vet, I will plan accordingly.
Thanks for the input.
renee :)
