Just for interest.
Most countries except the US measure blood chemistry using SI units.
Your glucose figures are in SI units,for glucose the units are mmol (a measure of molecular weight).
To convert to conventional US units (mg/dl - milligram per deciliter) multiply by 18. Thus 3.4 mmol = 61 mg/dl. and 4.3 = 77
The figure of 18 ONLY applies to glucose, for each blood component the conversion is different (ie the molecular weight is different).
