Subject: [ferrethealth] Advanced adrenal + kidney

I have a 8 y/o male who has adrenal disease and insulinoma. Insulinoma is being treated with pred and diazoxide. Recently his blood work indicated kidney. He also has a UTI that he is currently being treated for with clavamox.
Last nite I noticed he had a bit of a tilt to his neck, this morning there was no change. I gave him an extra dose of pred thinking it might be small seizures, but I'm concerned it could be something else. Can anyone give me some ideas of what else it could be? Do I need to bring him into the vet immediately?
