Have your vet check it out. She should have her adrenal gland disease
addressed, it won't go away even if the fur grows back in cycles- just to
fall out again-some never even get fur loss. They can get a swollen vulva,
common in this disease and she will do better if she is treated. Infections/
prolapse all also possibilities- a vet can tell you more by examining the
area. If surgery is not an option, then medical treatment with lupron shot
plus melatonin.
