Subject: [ferrethealth] Bug spray safe for ferrets?
To: <ferrethealth@smartgroups.com>

I have had a buggy problem recently also, a common thing in Florida. I called the Hot Shot company and was told that I could spray the area where animals are as long as they were kept off the sprayed areas until the spray dried. I caged the ferrets and moved their cages to the center of the room so I could spray the baseboards. I kept them caged overnight to be on the safe side.

When that didn't totally take care of the problem, I had a pest control company come in. They told me the same thing. I followed the same procedure.
