Subject: [ferrethealth] Circle-shaped marks/sores on skin

My ferret developed three, circle-shaped sores shortly after being treated with oxygen,
IM Lasix and Nitroglycerin cream at an emergency clinic. Two on her right hip and one
on the left hip. At first they were smooth, but turned into scabs about a week later. The
rings were red, like when someone twists the skin on your arm and it makes a
'sunburn', with normal-colored but hairless skin in the centers. First the rings turned
into scabs and then the centers started doing the same. She wasn't on a heating pad
and I don't think one could make these marks given their location. Is it possible
something was going on in the inside and caused them? Those three were the only
ones I found.
