I have a ferret that has a white pimple looking thing in her throat also and
when I took her to the vet he said that it was a cist of some sort. He said
that if it was not bothering her they would leave it alone for now because
removing it may cause more problems.Might cause an infection. It has since
decrease in size. I just checked it and it is almost non-existant now. I
would still check with the vet because I am not one myself but I just
thought you would like to know my experience with something similar. It has
been about a month since I took her in to have it checked.
