The vet has checked her lungs with ultrasound and x-rays and its clear. I'm not sure if he's looked up her nose? What would he be looking for? It sounds like she's got catarrh.

If it's a resistant bacterial infection, could she have this ongoing condition for 6 months? I know we've tried baytril and a penecillin based one that's pink. Could you suggest any antibiotics that might work?
