mainly coming out in little pieces rather than a longer, stacked stool. Malcolm does

My question is, is Marshall getting a right adrenal problem or Malcolm taking a turn
for the worse? Or is it something else. Any help is appreciated.

Marshall it sounds has a recurring adrenal situation and my recommendation is
lupron depot combined with a melatonin implant.

Marshall - is a probable IBD condition form your description which may or may not
be stress inducedd. I also recommend melatonin to help with his health ..
