Remember that not eating or passing food too quickly will itself lower her blood glucose, raise her ALT and make her lethargic.
The dark urine could also indicate that she may be getting dehydrated so it may be very concentrated. Dehydration will reduce her appetite further and itself causes strong lethargy.
HOW IS HER APPETITE? HOW IS HER DRINKING?
Possibilities include a range of things: blockage, short term GI illness, coccidia, giardia, food poisoning infections, ECE, etc.
