Your description does not sound like DIM to me in any way; of course, there could be things you didn't write down.
The only way to know if DIM is present is to test the affected tissues and it MUST be done by a veterinary pathologist who knows how to spot it.
Furthermore, there IS a treatment for DIM now which has saved some. I will send you info privately and you can find more in the archives.
