Subject: [ferrethealth] Vaccination question

I posted awhile ago Re: Vets in California, and I just want to say Thank you, to everyone that responded. I have never got that much support ever when it came to my ferrets =)
I'm still currently taking my ferrets to the same vet. Anyways, my oldest ferret almost 1 yrs old, got his Distemper shot a few weeks ago[it was the first shot he got, besides the very first one that Marshalls give all kits], maybe a month or less. He went to the vet yesterday to get his Rabies shot, but the vet ended up giving him the distemper shot again and not the rabies shot. Is that normal?
