You should get her to a vet right away so that subcutaneous fluids can be
given. It's very difficult for a ferret to get properly hydrated by drinking
liquid and especially through food. Do you have any idea how she became
dehydrated in the first place? Did the water run out? I would definitely try to
give her Pedialyte to restore fluids, but again, a vet visit is indicated
especially with your lack of experience.
