Patricia,
If she is dehydrated, you need to get her to take some water, or liquid like children's pedialite. Give it with an oral syringe or an eye droppper if she doesn't take it on her own. Canned cat food is not the best choice to give her but I do use the canned sliced beef, turkey or chichen with gravy as a treat for my crew. A duck soup would be a good for her to get some liquid and food into her. Hope this helps tonight. No expert here but manage to take care of the bunch we have.

[Moderator's Note: before giving anything by syringe have the vet or vet tech teach you how to do so safely. Due to the risk of aspiration pneumonia vets have in the past asked up to remind people about that and to advise against syringe feeding or syringe hydration in favor of safer methods like finger feeding, spoon feeding, flavoring fluids, warming fluids, or dribbling fluids or soft diet in front of the face except when there is no alternative. Then when there is no alternative have the medical experts show you how to do it most safely instead of just trying it, please. People who are already trained sometimes forget that not everyone is.]
