It sounds like you have experienced some improvement and that is great. The
stool change could simply be attributed to a change in diet. Please do
bring her into the to get to the root of the cause. Lethargy is a sign of many
things, but one common thing is Insulinoma (low blood glucose). If you have
access to a home tester for people with diabetes, you can do a poke on the paw
(harder when there is dehydration) and share the results with us!
