Subject: [ferrethealth] diahrea and walking funny

My almost 4 year old Marshall ferret has runny smelly yellow diarhea.
Her walking is wobbly, a bit with her back legs, though she still
managed to climb up the ramp to her cage. Last night and very early
this morning (4 am) she was playing with her "sister" ferret as usual.
At about 5:30 she was kind of blah, though she ate some marshall food,
and even wanted a treat. I whistled at her, the way we call our
ferrets, and she perked up and snapped her head around to see where I
was. She wouldn't drink any water, but she wanted soy milk (her fave).
I didn't give her much because I worry that this will give her more
diarrhea. I have a vet appointment for her for tomorrow. Do I need to
take her today? I may sound like an over anxious ferret mommy, but
this little girl and her ferret sister are my life.
