Do NOT assume the person the person is a vet just because the person
says he has a doctorate. One thing that used to appear with some
television popularizers (and may still be happening) to make themselves
sound like they MIGHT have related advanced information is to get a
doctorate in a totally unrelated topic which has few demands, and takes
much less time to get.
