Check the department of professional regulation of the state in question for
licsensing information. They should all be able to be located online for
any person that is required but the state to carry a liscense, this is
doctors, vets, nurses, even beauticeans, etc. Any profession that requires
liscensure should be accessible. Good Luck.

P.S. If you find a persons name but to citations and you have concerns you
can also file a complaint with them as well.
