Additives.. now that's something I didn't think of but one replier is telling the soil itself. Coccidia, and a few other bugger boos... some are legitimate but I want to know the rate of infection. I think I'm going to have to turn to some biologist PhDers... to get an impartial and trustworthy answer.. Thanks Lynn.. it's nice to know that if I am irresponsible that I'm not alone.. LOL

I agree Vicki, Moms sterilize so much that kids don't develope a natural immunity to anything these days and it's too bad cause it's lots of fun!!! Maybe he is referring to the additives in some potting soils. I don't suppose they could be good.Anyway it's a different world than the one we grew up in. We encourage ours to dig too!!!
