The Ferret Central stuff is really old and for medical things badly outdated.
(Having been among those who helped Pam write some parts of it I kind
of know that.)
This is from just three years ago and if from Dr. Bruce Williams, DVM who
is also a veterinary pathologist so is a more useful resource for medical
needs:
