The first thing that I think is where are you located and what vet would be the next choice (or more particularily - where - what town- is the vet located - your next choice vet). Maybe a transport could be put together to help move her on for surgery. It's got to be, in the very least, uncomfortable to have a tumor blocking the bowels or tummy or bladder. Then I also think she's 6yo, but really if the problem is not a malignant tumor and she's in good health otherwise there is a chance she COULD live several more years. This is a -- only hindsite can tell you the right thing to have done situation.
