This sounds like it could possibly adrenal problems. Maybe not, but it
is one of the symptoms of adrenal.
I know you said she had both adrenals removed, but if they weren't 100%
removed, then they can grow back. Only a few cells left behind can
result in regrowth. If she hasn't been on supplemental hormone therapy
for the lack of adrenal glands, then they weren't 100% removed.
