This information was obtained on VIN (veterinary information network)
"Give fluids at a rate of 50-75 ml/kg/day. Increase the fluid rate to
compensate for losses and dehydration." Note: mL = cc (just in case
people don't know this) This would make sense with the typical 30
cc's of fluid at a time when given SQ.
