That sounds like an alergic reaction to something. Has she only itched since she had the adrenals removed or could it be that that is when you first noticed it. It could be caused by the hormonal change in her body due to the removal of the glands. I'd give her a bit of Vitamin C, with vet OK, to see if that helps.
