How does one use Red Clover for Mast Cell Tumours? Is it oral or rubbed on the affected site? Also, is there any particular formulation that you would recommend.

HI Vicki-

We used to use Essiac for lymphoma ( the cancer that it was developed
for (for humans) -- but found that it also drops BG levels. It is not
advisable for ferrets with pre existing BG issues although it offers
promise for ferrets with diabetes!

Red clover we have used topically with mast cell and a long term treatment
of chordoma and are seeing great results but it takes forever drawing the
bad cells out of the bone marrrow!

Red clover can be administered orally and may be therapeutic but we have
not used it that way.

Hope this helps-
